Digital Sales is central to a banks strategy of delivering digital sales growth through new products & new digital innocations


The organisation does not currently have the competencies to solve this task. As part of an overall change to agile methods and cross-functional business processes our financial bank client needed to map out GAPs and requirements for a futureproof sales organisation.


Together with the bank we developed a bespoke capability map based on the principle of t-shaped competencies, and a method for developing and identifying required specialist competencies across the teams.
