OVERVIEW
The entertainment center has a strong product offer at one of of Denmark’s best entertainment centers for families. It offers a range of ticket variants and a range of other services (value added services, VAS) in connection to a visit at it’s premises.
CHALLENGE
They wanted to expand the product offer in terms of new variants of annual passes and increase the attractivity via new VAS
SOLUTION
Out of a number of tested variants, we identified a significant potential for introducing a specific, new variant of annual pass. The conjoint analysis proved a good potential for increased sales of annual passes, higher footfall and a positive financial business case. Besides that, the project gave a solid foundation to prioritize which other services to focus on in the future work, besides the actual ticket structure.
