OVERVIEW
The Sports Outlet company is the leading sports equipment retailer in a range of markets, including Sweden where the brand has more than 100 physical stores and a significant e-commerce turnover.
CHALLENGE
The company needed a service provider to fulfill a range of tasks for the marketing department: Calculation of media channel ROI, campaign evaluation, media mix optimization and scenario planning.
SOLUTION
We designed a setup, which is primarily based on a number of very granular econometric sales models. The project however also included a dashboard solution in PowerBI, which ensured a dynamic and agile use of the model results, which could then be used for different purposes by a broad group of stakeholders internally at the company.
